From Lecture Hall to Accounting
Theory is important. But what happens when it becomes practice? Nico Rzyska is currently supporting our accounting team as part of an internship. Afterwards, he will continue to work with us as a working student.

We asked him what he hopes to get out of his time at Weilandt:
"Above all, I want to connect the theory from my studies with practice and gain a realistic insight into the day-to-day workings of accounting. I'm especially interested in working with DATEV and in the hands-on work in bookkeeping and financial accounting. Since my long-term goal is to become a tax advisor, I want to gather practical experience during my studies and better understand how everything in accounting fits together."
Supporting young people on their career paths has long been part of who we are at Weilandt. As a training company, we have been educating young professionals for many years, and we are especially pleased when this grows into a long-term collaboration.
Internships and working student positions are another way for us to bring theory and practice together, pass on knowledge, and bring fresh perspectives into the company.
We look forward to the time ahead with Nico, and perhaps in a few months we will ask him again how his expectations have turned out.
