Weilandt Elektronik GmbH is delighted to welcome Christopher Rzyska, its first trainee IT specialist for application development into a permanent position, following his successful completion of the apprenticeship exam.
For us, this appointment is far more than the successful conclusion of an apprenticeship – it is an important step on our path to continuously advancing our digital service offerings and providing our customers with innovative, all-in-one solutions well into the future.
For over 30 years, Weilandt Elektronik has stood for professional repair and service solutions for mobile data capture devices (MDE), barcode scanners, label printers, and Auto-ID systems. Alongside repairs, maintenance contracts, rollout projects, device pool management, staging, loan devices, and refurbishment, digital processes and intelligent service platforms are becoming increasingly important to our customers.
By strengthening our development team, we are investing specifically in expanding these digital services. Our focus is on the continuous development of our multilingual RMA service portal as well as the creation of individual software solutions precisely tailored to our customers' needs.
This includes, among other things, the implementation of customer-specific maintenance and service concepts, digital repair and warranty processes, individual analyses and reporting, mapping complex branch and company structures, and optimizing device pool, swap, and loan device processes. The continued development of internal ERP interfaces, the digitalization of our service workflows, and close collaboration between technical and sales teams also help make our services increasingly efficient and customer-friendly.
For our customers, this means faster processes, greater transparency, individually adaptable service concepts, and digital solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing business workflows.
At the same time, welcoming our first apprentice in this field underscores the high value that training and supporting young professionals holds at Weilandt Elektronik. We are pleased to offer dedicated young talent long-term prospects and to actively shape the future of our company together.
